warranty
We extend a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of our tools. All Arcane Design tools are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects in materials and construction. Any product that we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.This guarantee becomes void if the tool has been abused beyond normal application, or has been used for tasks beyond its intended function. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, lack of maintenance, damage due to improper use, or structural modification. If you do have an issue with your tool, contact us and we will work with you to take care of your situation.

Arcane Design LLC. will not be liable for any damages to person or property that may occur from the use or misuse of Arcane Design LLC products. By purchasing any Arcane Design LLC product, the purchaser and/or owner assumes all responsibility for the use of the product. The purchaser and/or owner also assumes all responsibility of having understood and complied with all applicable local, state, Federal, and international laws regarding the ownership and use of these products. By purchasing and/or owning any Arcane Design LLC product, the purchaser and/or owner is verifying that they are over the age of 18, and will follow all laws regarding the possession and use of that product.

Order fulfillment
Arcane Design LLC. fulfills orders on a first come, first serve basis. If the item that you purchase is in stock, it will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days. If it is a pre-order item, it will be shipped to you within the noted time frame of the pre-order project. All national and international shipping will be processed through USPS unless otherwise stated. International shipping will be insured but Arcane Design will not be responsible for seized shipments by customs. Please know your country's custom laws and regulations before you purchase an item.

Returns and refunds
Items purchased cannot be returned or refunded without prior communication with Arcane Design. If their is an issue with a purchased item, we will work with you to correct the issue if possible. Only items that are deemed functionally defective are eligible for a return and/or refund. No pre-order item is eligible for a refund during the production of the item. By buying a pre-order item, you agree to this term.
